Traveling, again

Thirteen and a quarter hours of driving. Encountered lots of weather. Deep - almost frightening - fog less than an hour north of Sacramento that slowed me down considerably. (There are parts of this area that are notorious for 25-30 car pile-ups in the fog, usually attributed to a driver becoming hopelessly disoriented.) Snow flurries from Mt. Shasta in California to nearly Ashland Oregon. Then intermittent rain for the rest of the drive. Returning to the act of walking again was a little strange.
