Found a tall, round casserole dish at Goodwill and tried it out with the NYTimes bread recipe (herb & garlic variation.) This one makes a taller loaf and is good for slicing.

MySpace
In a kind of reverse version of musical chairs, I have become the keeper of the Tuning the Air MySpace pages. One of the activities there is to accept or decline 'friend' requests. We get some reasonable requests, some pretty strange requests, and some very interesting ones. Today came one from that last category - this group requested that we be 'friends'. I suspect it is related to a friend request I'd sent out from Tuning the Air to David Hykes.
